Manual Handling

Manual handling injuries and illnesses can occur suddenly or over a long period. While they may not be as graphic as many other workplace injuries, they are certainly just as debilitating. This Manual Handling course highlights the risk factors that most of us face every day as well as ways of reducing those risks. Once the course is completed, you’ll have learnt the value of good manual handling habits, the common causes of a manual handling injury, and how you could be doing damage to your musculoskeletal system without knowing. This course is one part of a 36 part Induction Series aimed at blue-collar workers.
