Negotiation Skills

Negotiation is something we’ve all done at one time or another. Whilst we are not taught negotiation at school, it is a valuable skill to master, particularly in the workplace.. This Negotiation Skills course provides various tips and strategies for becoming an effective negotiator. Once the course is completed, you will have learnt the importance of preparation, tips for handling objections and the importance of questioning. This course is one part of a 8 part Management Series aimed at aspiring managers, supervisors and any individual who would like to enhance their communication and leadership skills in the workplace.
