Confined Space Safety

Many workplace accidents occur because the dangers of working in a confined space are underestimated or ignored. Any entry into a confined space for any purpose and for any length of time is a potentially dangerous operation requiring suitable safeguards. This Confined Space Safety course will provide you with the knowledge of what hazards you need to recognize from confined space work and how to plan appropriately.Once the course is completed, you will have learnt what is a confined space, the hazards associated with working in confined spaces, the importance of planning and the procedures to follow prior to confined space entry. This course is one part of a 36 part Induction Series aimed at blue-collar workers.
