Mental Health and Wellbeing: Stress Management

As descendants of the caveman, we are required to cope in our modern world on the same, ancient ‚“flight or fight‚” operating system as our ancestors. Where the cavemen had his cave to retreat into after flight or fight, we have no such luxury so we have to produce one. This Stress Management course explains how to reprogram our ancient operating system to survive and thrive in a modern world. Once the course is complete, you will have learnt the physical and emotional auto responses to stress, strategies for managing stress and anxiety, and the benefits of healthy habits such as diet and exercise. This training course is one part of a 13 part series on mental health and wellbeing in the workplace. Eight of the modules are curated for the manager whilst five are for their employees. This particular training course is ideal for employees.
