The Channel 1 Pathways programs deliver a fully personalised learning experience for trainees at any level of knowledge. Personalised because each trainee is given a series of questions to answer. Their responses to which indicate their expertise on different subjects. Training is then delivered according to the areas the individual needs improvement. After completing this Customer Service Training program, you will have gained knowledge in any of these topics (or all if you wish) depending on your responses to questions: The VIP, The Can Do Person, Empathy and Active Listening, Paraphrasing and Summarising, Exceeding Expectations, Responsiveness, First Impressions, Personalisation and Body Language.
