Communication at Work: One Way Communication

The manner in which we send messages is crucial because it directly affects how our communication is perceived and understood. Clear, concise, and well-structured messages ensure that the intended meaning is conveyed accurately, reducing the risk of misunderstandings and confusion. This One Way Communication course features two scenarios, one showing what takes place when the communication is ineffective and how the situation can improve when the communication is effective.

Once the course is completed, you will have learnt the importance of clear and simple communication, preparation, and allowing opportunities for clarification and feedback.
