Non-verbal communication is essential as it conveys emotions, attitudes, and intentions beyond words, significantly influencing how messages are received and interpreted. Gestures, facial expressions, body language, eye contact, and tone of voice all play crucial roles in expressing sincerity, enthusiasm, and empathy. This Non-Verbal Communication course features two scenarios, one showing improper behaviour and the other improved behaviour.
Once the course is completed, you will have learnt the importance of positive body language, your pitch and tone when speaking and that over 55% of the messages you send are sent through your body language. This course is one part of a 9 part Communication at Work Series aimed at all staff to enhance communication skills.
