Resilience is a person‚It’s ability to bounce back from, grow and thrive during challenge, change, and adversity. Resilience is a skill and like any skill, with practice, it can be learnt. This Building Resilience course details some simple and effective ways in which you can build resilience in your team.
Once the course is completed, you will have learnt the importance of of building a resilient work team, how to practise mindfulness, and how to facilitate job satisfaction. This training course is one part of a 13 part series on mental health and wellbeing in the workplace. Eight of the modules are curated for the manager whilst five are for their employees. This particular course is ideal for managers and supervisors.
