Office Induction: Bullying & Harassment

Everyone has the right to work in an environment free from bullying, harassment, discrimination and violence. Bullying in the workplace is illegal and can erode self-esteem, cause anger, shock, loss of confidence and increased sense of vulnerability. This Bullying and Harassment course can help you build an environment free of bullying and harassment, and in turn save your workplace from a situation that can cost time, money and staff morale. Once the course is completed, you will have learnt the definition and consequences of bullying, and the steps to take if you are a victim or witness of bullying. This course is one part of an 18 part Office Induction series aimed at new inductees and existing office workers.
