Office Induction: Accidents, Incidents and Near Misses

Incident/hazard/near miss reporting is not only an integral part of a risk management system, but a legislative requirement. This Accident Incidents and Near Misses course will provide your organisation with the advantage of having a more alert workforce, who will be on the constant lookout for workplace hazards, and happy to consult with management around health and safety issues. Once the course is completed, you will have learnt the difference between a hazard and a near miss, the relationship between near misses risks and serious accidents, and the importance of reporting accidents, incidents and near misses to management. This course is one part of an 18 part Office Induction series aimed at new inductees and existing office workers.
