Feedback that Works

In the Feedback course, you will learn that, without feedback, there can be no development. Feedback creates commitment, reinforces positive behavior, and strongly influences change, allowing people to move away from unacceptable or ineffective behavior. Failing to provide feedback deprives others of direct and indirect employee development, recognition of a field of expertise, employee motivation, and reaching established goals. The good news is that feedback is a skill and can be learned.
