Building a Team Community

A good leader knows that every member of the team brings a unique talent and aspect to the group. So they should be able to recognize each employee’s strengths and use these skills in order for them all to work together efficiently. A bad leader might encourage any one person or whole group of people because they know this is what will make their vision happen, even if it means neglecting other members’ needs or interests outside their own self-interests!
