Barriers to Servant Leadership

The problem with a servant leader is that they often lack their own voice, pushing decisions and directions onto others. They don’t want to take up too much of the spotlight or influence people’s decision-making processes by being forceful when it comes to such things as accountability in meetings. This can lead them into neglecting themselves, becoming frustrated easily and perhaps even feeling more guilt than satisfaction as they serve other people without challenging themselves first – so now we need someone who has these qualities but is also not afraid of taking on leadership positions aggressively if needed!
