Build Creative Environments

In order to understand your individual creative rhythm, it is important that you take note of when creativity was most likely. This might be during a certain time or on certain days of the week. It also may depend on what work has been assigned for an assignment. If there are times where you were not very active and did not produce any new ideas, in this case try changing up your routine by taking some breaks from having long periods without working or stepping outside to watch the birds fly by soothe yourself with nature’s beauty before coming back into work refreshed again!
