Assess Performance

Performance metrics are those measurements that tell a company how well the contract is operating. Performance metrics involve both qualitative and quantitative data collected from many different sources, including interviews with contractors about their satisfaction levels, contractor feedback surveys on performance reviews for individual employees of the company, as well as measures such as cost per unit produced or time to complete projects.
The use of this information provides easy access to important statistics; it allows companies to analyze trends in order identify areas where improvements can be made so they may gain an advantage over competitors who do not follow suit.
