Create Team Incentives

Teams usually have a variety of incentives that can be used. Some common types are gift cards, free lunches every Friday, coupons for coffee or pizza at the end of each week and other tangible items such as team uniforms or T-shirts with logos/names on them. A few popular forms include giving people cash prizes after achieving certain goals like making sales threshold within a specified time span; letting teams choose their own incentive based on what they think would motivate their members most effectively (i.e. skydiving lessons if you want to increase productivity).
