The Interview

So you’ve sent out job descriptions, reviewed tons of resumes, and even completed a few phone interviews, now it’s time for a face-to-face interview. Interviews are the classic way for hiring managers to meet with candidates and get to know their skills and qualifications. In this course you will recognize STAR method. The STAR method is a structured manner of responding to a behavioral-based interview question by discussing the specific situation, task, action, and result of the situation you are describing. Situation: Describe the situation that you were in or the task that you needed to accomplish.
