Utilizing the Right Tools

Every project requires its tools, and social learning is no exception. Modern technology has provided greater access to learning tools to improve social learning. Utilizing the right tools for projects is an essential aspect of project management. Most successful people know that you must use the appropriate tool for each job. This can be a challenge in some cases, but it becomes much easier when you take time to research and plan before jumping into any new task or assignment. One example would be using user-friendly software such as Microsoft Project if managing data on your computer versus using Excel spreadsheet programs or paper planners if collaborating with others by transferring files via email or faxing them back and forth–and this only scratches the surface of planning.
