Mentoring the Millennial

Millennials thrive when they are mentored. They are used to a high level of interaction with the significant more knowledgeable others in their lives - teachers, parents, bosses. Part of this course is to know how to effectively mentor millennial employees: shake up your mentoring program, consider long term goals, master face-to-face interaction, use teamwork, and explore value over compensation.
Serial mentor is a process by which one employee is mentored by several more experienced employees, ideally with expertise in different areas of the organization.
