Building a Knowledge Management Rationale

The term “knowledge management” refers to how information and knowledge are organized in an institution or company. It includes the idea that organizations need to be up-to-date with modern technologies as well, including social media (especially Facebook). Knowledge management can also include human resources development because there are many ways for employees to learn about their jobs. In this day and age, it’s important for companies – especially large ones – not only make sure they have high quality products but also keep themselves up-to-date on current trends so that any changes made may reflect those particular values within society at large without hindering efficiency of operations.
