Employee Retention

Employee retention is an integral part of any successful talent management program. The main focus for employers should be on the motivation and goals that employees have set for themselves, which will help to keep them engaged in their employment and boost company morale as well. Employee turnover can result from a lack of understanding or dissatisfaction with expectations within the workplace, financial stability issues at home, increased job pressures resulting in long working hours, or poor leadership decisions made by managers. In order to avoid these factors leading to employee departures it’s important that employers incorporate positive feedback loops into their task design so they are able care about what each individual does instead of who they are because then everyone wins!
