Adaptability/Flexibility

The ability to adapt and change are the skills that allow you to be flexible in your thought process, have a greater perspective on what’s happening around you, and generally succeed where others might fail because they simply don’t understand how something should work or who their audience even is! Furthermore, being stubborn can often lead to bad relationships with people who disagree with you. It limits your social interaction by making it difficult for anyone outside of those agreeing with everything that comes out of your mouth to speak up without fear or worry about getting into conflict.
