During this learning journey, they will understand the fundamentals of ESG, its importance in creating company values, ESG investments, and understanding ESG metrics, scoring, and rating levels.

Bank employees will evaluate how ESG can help mitigate risks, create long-term value, align with stakeholder expectations, enhance reputation, and attract and retain talent. Also, they will also differentiate between the different types of ESG investments and rating agencies and the ESG metrics used to evaluate risks and opportunities associated with their clients’ ESG performance.
