Patients across the United States have been receiving telehealth services since the early 2000s but several factors limited those services. Since the federal COVID-19 Public Health Emergency (PHE) officially ended on May 11, 2023, there have been questions about what is acceptable in providing telehealth services and what is the proper way to bill for this service. This course explains telehealth changes both before and after the PHE and how medical practices should be billed for them to receive reimbursement.
