Right to Disconnect for Employees

The ‘right to disconnect’ allows employees to refuse to monitor, read, or respond to their employer or work-related third-party contact outside working hours. But it’s not as straightforward. This course is for employees who are not managers or leaders. It will cover the ‘right to disconnect’, including what’s unreasonable and what’s expected from you and your employer.¬†¬†
