It’s important for you, as a manager or supervisor, to appropriately handle the situation when an employee brings a harassment complaint to you.¬†This course uses a hypothetical scenario to¬†explore a sexual harassment situation. It looks at¬†how a manager’s actions - and inaction - affect¬†the¬†outcome of¬†the¬†incident and the wider¬†workplace.¬†
