Healthcare: HIPAA (Employer – Employee)

This overview course is for employers with group health plans and specifically for any employee of this type of an organization. It serves as an annual refresher course for employees who have already taken a HIPAA course in previous years. It’s also good for those employees that have very limited and/or sporadic access to Protected Health Information (PHI). The content discusses the federal law and different sets of federal regulations issued by the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).
