In this course you will learn about the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 also known as ‚ÄúSOX.” This is US federal law that sets guidelines and requirements for US Public Company boards, management and public accounting firms in the area of financial practice and corporate governance. This law was enacted in July 30, 2002.
