Making Meetings Matter

No matter the size of your company or what industry you’re in, you’re probably familiar with bad meetings. Employees estimate a quarter of all time spent in meetings is wasted, and with the average office employee spending 16 hours each week in meetings. Glance at a schedule on any given day, and you’ll see large blocks of time reserved for meetings of all sorts. Unfortunately, too many meetings, whether virtual or in-person, waste your time and ruin your productivity for the day. This has resulted in meetings becoming something we dread, and it’s no secret that most of us would rather be, you know, working. But it doesn’t have to be that way.
