Digital Transformation: People – Talent Management

It’s easier to think about how systems and processes can be enhanced with technology. They’re essentially soulless business activities. It can be more difficult to picture how it can affect living, breathing people. We’re not talking about cybernetics (necessarily), but more the ways in which technology can help improve the working lives of the staff within your organization. This course will look at what is meant by digital transformation in talent management, some of the ways technology has changed the landscape, why people might resist change, and how to deal with it.
