SharePoint 2013 Developer, Part 09 of 15: Look and Feel

SharePoint provides a number of ways to change the look and feel of sites. These include very simple options like changing a site’s description, logo, and title, and setting the home page. There is also a new engine in SharePoint 2013 which relies upon CSS. There are also more traditional and complex ways to change the look and feel of a site, such as custom styles and master pages. In this course you will learn how to do each of these options except for custom master pages. You will learn to apply each of these via the browser and SharePoint Designer where applicable, and also how to apply them with features using Visual Studio.

Each LearnNowOnline training course is made up of Modules (typically an hour in length). Within each module there are Topics (typically 15-30 minutes each) and Subtopics (typically 2-5 minutes each). There is a Post Exam for each Module that must be passed with a score of 70% or higher to successfully and fully complete the course.
