SharePoint 2013 Developer, Part 15 of 15: Designer

SharePoint 2013 offers an entirely new platform for creating workflows, it is called Workflow Manager. This is a completely redesigned workflow infrastructure that is built on Windows Workflow Foundation 4 (WF4). SharePoint 2010 workflows are still supported but the new platform offers many advantages, and the tooling in SharePoint Designer 2013, Visio 2013, and Visual Studio 2013 has improved considerably to take advantage of the new platform. After viewing this course you will have the knowledge of how to build workflows on the new platform using all three of these tools, and also have a solid decision tree of when to use each tool.Each LearnNowOnline training course is made up of Modules (typically an hour in length). Within each module there are Topics (typically 15-30 minutes each) and Subtopics (typically 2-5 minutes each). There is a Post Exam for each Module that must be passed with a score of 70% or higher to successfully and fully complete the course.
