Occupational Health and Safety Program Development

This course is designed for employers and owners of small and medium-sized businesses. Learn about developing an occupational health and safety (OHS) program – a plan of action that sets out the requirements and procedures to prevent situations that could cause injuries, occupational illnesses, or fatalities. Some type of program is required under occupational health and safety legislation in most Canadian jurisdictions and must include the elements required by the jurisdiction’s legislation, at a minimum.
