Communicating Persuasively

In the workplace, knowing how to write and communicate in a persuasive manner is key to promoting yourself and your products. This course presents effective techniques. We’ll provide valuable information about, and examples of, persuasive communication. You’ll learn how to use the 3 x 3 Writing Plan, and discover components for creating persuasive messages, requesting favors, adjustments and claims, as well as effective sales messages and news releases. This course is designed to provide you with tips and examples on how to deal with willing and unwilling parties, and how to sway them to your side.
