Foreign Corrupt Practices Act

This course provides an overview of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), reviews real-life cases of corruption, and shows how to recognize red flags to ensure compliance with the FCPA. In this course, you’ll learn more about the purpose and scope of the FCPA, and gain a clear understanding of its key provisions, especially in regards to intent. you’ll also learn about the warning signs of corruption to protect your organization, as well as the possible exceptions and defenses under the FCPA.
