Homeowners Protection Act

This Homeowners Protection Act online training course is designed for lending and operations personnel. The Homeowners Protection Act was enacted to assist borrowers/mortgagors with problems cancelling or terminating private mortgage insurance and is under the supervision of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. This course will provide the requirements that banks must follow to comply with the Act.
