Equitable Treatment: A Guide for Supervisors (US)

We discuss following the 5 rules that can ensure a fair and unbiased workplace. You will work through several case studies that allow you to apply the topic discussed to realistic workplace scenarios. A series of short quizzes after each area of study tests your knowledge and helps keep you on track. Practical tips and advice are provided as well as a recap of federal government laws and regulations that talk specifically to discrimination in the workplace.

This video teaches you how to identify individuals protected by anti-discrimination laws and the role of management in developing a culture of equal treatment of employees. The course is followed by a test of the materials and a Certificate of Completion.
