Telemarketing Compliance

In this training course, you will earn about telemarketing compliance requirements and practices, along with penalties that can be incurred for violating these requirements. The course begins with an overview on the history and sources of telemarketing laws. It examines do-not-call rules, reviews auto-dialing practices, explores call abandonment rules, and outlines other abusive practices. You’ll learn about information that must be disclosed in a call, how to properly accept payment authorization, and how to properly keep records. The course also outlines penalties that can be incurred for not following requirements and laws.
The course is 50 minutes in length. It features narrated slides, self-assessment quizzes and screen print capability so you can print information for further review. A Certificate of Completion is available upon finishing a final test with a score of 80% or higher.
