Harassment Prevention and Respectful Teamwork (US Supervisors in States Without Compliance Requirements)

In this SHORTENED COURSE DESIGNED FOR SUPERVISORS IN STATES THAT DO NOT HAVE COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS, users learn how to recognize and report harassment and abusive conduct, be proactive bystanders and support colleagues, and advocate for themselves and others. All of the most important anti-harassment concepts are covered in a shorter, more streamlined course. This course does not meet U.S. State or Canadian Province compliance requirements due to the lack of specific language mandated by these laws.

WILL Interactive has created Respectful Teamwork to train your workforce on the teamwork skills and mindset necessary for the 2030s and beyond.

With a diverse cast spanning various work environments, Respectful Teamwork guides learners through harassment prevention concepts in short, sitcom-quality modules. Through a choose-your-own-journey format, users play out storylines from multiple perspectives. They make
choices as different characters and experience the consequences of their decisions.

Respectful Teamwork affirms your company’s values, and reinforces and builds on the protections offered under Title VII, including sexual orientation, race, nationality, gender, and religion.
