Regulation GG: Unlawful Internet Gambling

The Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act of 2006 (“UIGEA”) prohibits any person, including a business, engaged in the business of betting or wagering from knowingly accepting payments in connection with the participation of another person in unlawful Internet gambling. Such transactions are termed “restricted transactions.” In this course, we will discuss how organizations can stay in compliance with the prohibition against unlawful internet gambling.
