Deposits 101

Suitable for tellers, this course outlines the 4 types of deposit accounts and shows employees how to efficiently process the most common types of deposits. You will learn how to process different types of deposits, including simple deposits, exact amount deposits, change back deposits and split (or cash back) transactions. You will also learn the components of a deposit slip and ensure that they are filled out correctly.
