Employee Discipline (US)

This course discusses how to ensure that your employee disciplinary actions are consistently fair and objective and how to effectively implement the most appropriate level of discipline. You will learn about the legalities that shape the steps you must take when initiating any formal corrective action in your workplace. We look at the importance of having an official workplace discipline system in place, the different forms of discipline you can consider and the basic rules you need to follow when conducting an investigation to produce a defensible conclusion.
This video-based course is followed by an exam to test your comprehension of the materials and a Certificate of Completion.
