Flexible Work Arrangements and Your Organization

This course provides important information for employees, managers, and other stakeholders for proposing, developing, and implementing flexible work arrangements, such as Flex-Time and Telework. In today’s competitive workforce, companies must work hard to attract and retain skilled employees, many of whom require some flexibility in when, where, and how they work. By the end of this course, you’ll learn how to create a helpful framework for implementing alternative work arrangements so that it benefits both individual employees and your organization as a whole.
