Harassment Prevention: Gated 1-Hour Supervisor Upgrade

IMPORTANT NOTE: This version of Common Ground Business is ONLY the second hour of the Supervisor course. It is strictly for learners that have already completed the 1-Hour Gated Employee Course. This course is designed for employees that have been promoted to a supervisory position after previously completing the 1-Hour Employee course. When combined with the completion certificate provided from the Employee Course, completing this Supervisor Upgrade course will ensure supervisory compliance. Taken by itself, this Supervisor Upgrade version DOES NOT meet state compliance requirements for Supervisors/Managers unless the 1-Hour Employee Course has also been completed (see “Harassment Prevention: Gated 1-hour (For Employees in CA)”)

This Supervisor Upgrade course is for employees that have been promoted to a supervisory position (after taking the 1-Hour Gated Course) in California. It also is compliant in all other states if you want your learners to take a time-locked course. For an ungated course which is compliant it all states except CA, please use “Harassment Prevention: 1-Hour Supervisor Upgrade”.
