RESPA: Homeownership Counseling Notice

Within the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, contains rules regarding the requirement for banks to provide certain credit applicants with a list of homeownership counseling organizations. This course will discuss the details required under RESPA or Regulation X including coverage, timing, and the list.
