Wage and Hour (US)

This course provides an overview of US federal and state wage and hour laws, and clearly communicates the requirements for employers. The course begins by reviewing five fundamentals rules that employers must follow in regards to wage and hour laws. It then goes on to provide a more detailed discussion of the federal and state laws that relate to minimum wage, overtime, hours worked, meal and rest breaks, time records, payment of wages, and postings. you’ll review case studies to ensure a full understanding of these laws and protect your organization from costly litigations.
