BSA – Frontline and Deposit Operations: Customer Identification Programs

Banks must implement a customer identification program, and record and report certain types of transactions. In may situations, compliance with these requirements will be the responsibility of the bank’s frontline staff who open accounts, accept deposits, and facilitate fund transfers. This course will provide frontline and deposit personnel with the information they need to know about Customer Identification Programs.
