If you are a contractor or sub-contractor to the U.S. government, this course will help you understand the employment laws and regulations with which your organization must comply. Non-compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action (EEO/AA) requirements can result in fines, suspension and even cancellation of valuable government contracts. This course uses case studies and short quizzes to deliver complex information in a practical, easy to follow manner. You will learn how to ensure that your organization meets the EEO/AA requirements in terms of hiring and promotion, pay equity and termination, as well as how to recognize the signs that your practises may be in need of review.
This video walks you through the EEO/AA requirements, as well as how to spot and correct employment deficiencies in your organization. The course is followed by a test of the materials and a Certificate of Completion.
