Modern Slavery Transparency Statements

Learners will explore why transparency statements are important, how the section 54 of Modern Slavery impacts organisations and how to ensure that the transparency statements are compliant with the regulation. The course also covers the different elements of a transparency statement, including organisational structure, supply chain territories and areas of risks, relevant policies in place, due diligence, training and awareness, statement approval and publication.
