Proliferation Financing: Managing Global Risk

In 2020, the Financial Action Task Force (FATF), the global anti-money laundering watchdog, advised countries to take steps to block the financing of WMDs through the global system. And in 2022, the United Kingdom passed legislation requiring all regulated entities in the UK to identify, assess and mitigate the risk of Proliferation Financing (PF) within their firms. This course describes what that means for firms, and what they need to know to comply.
